Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and operation support to Retail Manager and to Retail shops
- Handle customer enquiries and assist to arrange delivery order both of online or offline
- Prepare daily, and weekly sales analysis report for management review
- Prepare commission & incentive calculation for payroll
- Provide administrative supports to resolve store issues from day to day operations
- Assist in store opening, relocation, renovation and maintenance issues
- Process all the invoices related to retail for the handling of finance team
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Work location in Tsuen Wan / Shatin Showroom
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- At least 1-2 years sales coordination and operation experience in retail industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
