Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to Assistant Director;
• Provide full support to the daily operation of Corporate Communications Department and perform general administrative duties;
• Maintain accurate record of corporate membership, awards, sponsorship, and filing systems in good order;
• Coordinate with internal parties on administrative related issues;
• Assist in organizing company events and staff activities;
• Support ad-hoc projects whenever necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in administration;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Well-organised, detail-minded, self-motivated and positive;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
