Responsibilities:

• Identify an overall training strategy for Casual Dining in the content of multi-brands
• Work closely with brands management to identify the training needs and develop related training programsto enhance team development, customer services, food quality and occupational safety, etc. which include:
• Liaise with Corporate T&D Team on yearly / monthly training calendar and execution
• Update and develop training materials and contents
• Partner with external parties for carrying out Mystery Shopper Program measuring customer satisfaction and improving services standard
• Collect and consolidate the training results/feedbacks for follow up action plans
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Training and Development or equivalent discipline
• 5-7 years of retails training experience, preferably in catering or retail industry
• Proactive, Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Training experience in F&B or people development is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all level of staff
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
