Job Description : 

• Assist in full recruitment and employment process from sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interview to on-boarding and employment movement formalities
• Responsible for payroll calculation and monitoring staff attendance record
• Provide human resources support including leave management, training and employee relations
• Assist in preparing HR documents and reports
• Take up ad hoc projects as assigned

 Job Requirements :  

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or business related disciplines
• A minimum of 1 year human resources experience
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
• Good team player and good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, attention to details and well-organized
