Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team.  What you will do

• Team with hub HR on data consolidation for reporting
• Manage data and enhance the framework on data analysis
• Re-engineer the HR system
• Provide support on compensation proposals, job evaluation, job benchmarking, revamp on grading and salary structure and other initiatives
• Participate in organizing employee relations programs, including newsletter, annual dinner, other company meetings and events 

Requirements

You will enjoy and succeed in the role if you

• Are keen on exploring different areas of HR
• Love implementing projects
• Have strong analytical mindset
• Are comfortable working with data and matrix structure
• Are strong in excel or other programming
• Degree in Human Resources / Business Management or related discipline
• Experience in HR is a plus but not a must
