Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR and administration function for both office staff and retail staff
• Coach, train and supervise retail staff to follow company's guidelines and standards and ensure high quality of customer service
• Handle daily HR operations including staff recruitment, staff movement, compensation & benefits, payroll, staff relations, performance management, etc
• Maintain an accurate and update HR record and filing system
• Perform monthly payroll & MPF calculations independently
• Assist in implementing and managing HR & admin projects, e.g. new retail shop renovation projects and retail staff handbook
• Handle other ad-hoc HR/Admin related projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Over 4 years solid working experience in full spectrum of HR in retail industry
• Independent, Self-motivated, proactive, well organized and good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English Immediate available is an advantage
