Job Responsibilities

• To perform full spectrum of Administrative functions, including but not limited to repair & maintenance, procurement (sourcing, price negotiation, suppliers evaluation & selection, delivery management and inventory control) etc.
• To liaise with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the right goods and services are delivered to end users efficiently and effectively
• To handle ISO documents update and filing, and provide support to ISO and Compliance internal and external audits;
• To provide general and clerical support;
• To assist in any ad hoc project as assigned ;
• Outdoor work may be required

Job Requirements

• F5/DSE graduate or above;
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in office administration;
• Well organized, flexible, proactive, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, must be a good team player;
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Word
• Immediate availability is preferred
