Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform a full spectrum of HR functions, particularly the compensation & benefits recruitment & selection and employee relations
- Engage in regular HR review and projects, e.g. performance management system, HRIS enhancement and budget preparation
- Take up ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- A degree in HRM or relevant disciplines, with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Hands-on experience in payroll administration and HRIS operation
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment, MPF & Tax Ordinance
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, well-organized and details-oriented
- Good command of spoken and written both English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer skills includingMS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant HR Officer
