Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the design and sales team
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties in timely and professional manner for goods ordering, delivery and installation
• Prepare quotations, invoices and receipts documents
• To build up and maintain good filing system
• Perform other administration work as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• F.5 or above, preferably with 2 or more years of administration experience
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, independent, self-motivated and a good team player
• Pleasant personality, responsible, with excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Excel and Word
• Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Knowledge in quotation/invoice, scheduling and coordination are at an advantage
