Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide executive and administrative support to Vice President
    • Organize and prepare presentation materials, proposals, reports, meeting minutes and other correspondences including drafting documents, emails and letters
    • Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for Vice President, business partners and clients
    • Assist in interacting with the senior management team across multiple locations, both in Hong Kong and other offices
    • Coordinates with internal and external parties in related to business activities

  • Job Requirements:

    • Degree holder, with those in Marketing or Business Administration having an advantage
    • 3 years of business/secretarial experience, preferably serving senior management in MNC
    • Flexible and willing to learn, well-organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, independent and able to work under pressure
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese including Mandarin
