To cope with rapid growth and expansion of our company group, we are seeking for E-Commerce and QA Assistant/Clerk to join our growing new business unit.

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Quality Assurance (QA), data verification and regular reporting for review/ analysis, service monitoring and improvement;
• UAT test cases and test plan preparation and documentation;
• Daily clerical and administrative tasks;
• Ensure web application/ projects meet targeted qualities of functionality, performance and usability;
• Support and assist different function units including IT, Sales & Marketing, Product, CS, Operation and Warehouse to ensure smooth order processing & e-commerce business operation.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in E-Commerce, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Information Systems, Language, Communication or related field;
• 1 year or above relevant working experience in E-commerce/ Information Technology/ Marketing/ Global Business/ Health & Beauty, or shipping & logistics field;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in MSExcel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Proficiency in English and Chinese Word Processing;
• Fresh Graduate or candidates with less experience/ qualifications will be considered as E-Commerce & QA Clerk;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
