Job Description
Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an RM Assistant to join their team to cope with the bank's expansion.
Job Description:
Retail Banking
- Support Relationship Managers in providing excellent service to high net-worth individual clients and companies so as to achieve client retention and growth.
- Understand client requirements and assist RMs in the daily maintenance of client relationships
- Assist the Relationship Manager in account opening
- Processed investment phone orders and executed client orders (Stocks, Options and Futures)
Corporate Banking
- Prepare and analyze credit proposal for annual reviews
- Review periodically draw down cases
- Conduct KYC & CDD reviews for account opening
- Understand client requirements and assist RMs in the daily maintenance of client relationships
- Track and follow up on outstanding documentation and all outstanding fee payments
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in any disciplines
- Relevant experience in financial industry an advantage
- Passes in IIQE and HKSI licensing examinations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
- PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Languages
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
