Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute UAT, document test results and communicate the results to both IT and users for verification
- Assist in assessment, facilitate managers and users to define system testing scenarios, prepare test cases and expected outputs
- Gather users’ requirements, evaluate the information gathered and assists users define system enhancement areas according to their needs
- Document functional requirements which are clearly defined and in sufficient detail for system implementation and operation
- Ensure change requests from users and IT are managed and approved compile with project methodology
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of life insurance will be a plus
- Familiar use with Microsoft products
