Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source and provide new issue bonds or fixed income products ideas to Relationship Managers ;  
• Develop the strategic planning for business expansion, including development of new product, new customer segments, niche industry, new markets and new sales channel;
• Develop business plans to drive fixed income and bonds products and services to meet business targets
• Manage the whole product life cycle from conducting product due diligence, staff training, product documentation to post-sales activities whilst maintain the appropriate controls and governance with the Bank ;  
• Manage and work closely with internal and external business partners/product providers to provide top notch products and services to the bank’s customers ;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines in Finance, Economics and Business
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in product development, preferably in fixed income products in financial institutions
• Strong sense of business acumen
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
