Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing HK securities settlement
- Handle CCASS operations
- Corporate actions, nominee services, IPO & placement
- Follow up confirmation, Fund transfer & Trading matching
- Support fund settlement
- Perform system UAT and raise changed request for system implementation
- Assist on ad hoc projects and reports
Requirement:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Knowledge of securities settlement, Ayers system and CCASS operations
- As least 2 years settlement experience in financial brokerage
- Knowledge in PC skills including MS Excel and MS Word
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English , Chinese and Putonghua
- Immediately available is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Settlement Officer
