• We are a financial group with business coverage of private equity, asset management and corporate finance. To cope with our fast expansion, we are looking for Responsible Officer and Project Manager. 

Responsible Officer (Type 4, 9) 

 Current license holder of SFC unconditional/conditional Responsible Officer (Type 4, 9) is a MUST.
 Experience in asset management relating to portfolio management and fund management in the areas of research and private equity.
 Solid understanding about middle and back office operations, risk controls and investment process.
 Licensed representative with qualified experience would also be considered.
 Part time basis and licensed representative with qualified experience would also be considered.

Responsible Officer (Type 4, 6)

 Current license holder of SFC unconditional/conditional Responsible Officer (Type 4, 6) is a MUST.
 Experience in advising and implementing on corporate finance matters including fund-raising projects, M&A, capital restructuring, etc.
 Responsible for assessing potential deals, developing new business.
 Licensed representative with qualified experience would also be considered.
 Part time basis and licensed representative with qualified experience would also be considered.

All candidate should have:
 Degree holder in Finance or other business related disciplines
 3 years of working experience in related field
 Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC Code of Conduct and rules
 Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

工作职责：
1、负责审核、督导香港营业部所有业务，为香港证监会认可的代表及业务负责人 (持有4、6、9号牌照）
2、香港事业部对香港证监会的代表及业务负责人 
3、制定香港营业部业务发展策略和经营计划并组织实施，完成既定经营指标和绩效
4、负责与上手券商及全球重要证券交易所保持交流沟通 
5、负责与香港交易所及香港监管部门交流沟通，并进行关系的维持
6、拓展与维护各类渠道资源，推动香港本地及海外市场创新业务的开展 
7、完成上级指定的其他工作

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，具香港当地业务执行需具备的执照（RO持牌负责人的经验资格-实质RO经验，如有RP 2-3 年经验可根据个人具体情况，公司帮忙申请RO）。 
2、具香港金融机构4号、6号、9号牌持牌负责人3年以上经验以及实质业务管理经验 。 
3、具全球券商、资管业务3年以上经验。 
4、熟悉香港证券、资管等金融市场。 
5、语言要求：英文、粤语、普通话
