Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 6 regulated activities
- Monitor daily business operations and ensure full regulatory compliance
- Perform corporate finance duties, Sponsor, M&A, financial advisory, placements, convertible bonds and rights issue
Requirements :
- Degree in Banking or Finance or any related disciplines
- An existing SFC Type 6 Responsible Officer and Principal status
- 5 years solid experiences in corporate finance transactions
- Familiar with all Securities and Futures Ordinance, SFC rules, guidelines and other relevant requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must, good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
