Responsibilities:

• Provide quality and professional marketing service to client and sales;
• Handle and follow up internal/external enquires and service requests in a timely and professional manner;
• Handle customer enquiry;
• Provide administrative support to sales;
• Handle other related ad hoc tasks and assignments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in financial industry Knowledge in investment products is an advantage;
• Customer-oriented and proactive;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing, able to work with accuracy;
• Good communication skill and must be PC literate;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Willing to travel;
• Candidates with SFC RA1 licenses will be an advantage;
• Fresh graduates with passed result of Paper 1,7,8 will also be considered.
