Our Financial Holdings Company would like to invite you to be their Section head of SME business

You are required to:

l   Take responsibility of the whole process of SME finance business independently, from getting the business initialization from different channels to risk assessment, credit approval and to the loan drawn-down

l   Analyze the key risk areas and apply professional judgment to identify internal control weaknesses

l   Ensure the bad debt to be at the minimal level

l   Handle all outstanding cases and take all necessary remedies

l   Responsible for developing and preparing all reports internally and externally if needed and thus coping with various departments of the Group

l   Proactively initialize strategies to get more business development & exploration

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

l   Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

l   Professional qualifications like CPA & FRM preferred

l   5 years relevant experience or above gained from the financial services industry

l   Solid experience of performing loan processing, reviews and familiar with credit risk cycle would be an asset

l   Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in Hong Kong

l   Good connection with the SME loan market

l   Analytical mind with sound judgment

l   Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
