Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Report to IT Manager. Need to support both headquarters and subsidiaries.
- Provide operation, administration and support of the network, servers and security infrastructure.
- Evaluate functional and technological choices to ensure the best compromise between the businesses and technical requirements and the costs and risks control.
- Assist to formulate and implement of IT policies and guidelines.
- Implement IT security controls and provide IT security support.
- Assist website development and maintenance.
- Liaise with external vendors.
- Assist compilation and management of IT budget, projects, operation procedures and other IT related documentations.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline(s)
- 6 years working experience or above IT Services or Engineering, with at least 2 years in support services at supervisory level
- Experience in financial service industry will be highly preferable
- Recognized qualification in CISSP, CISA, CISM will be an advantage
- Knowledge in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP networking, VoIP and server room equipment
- Good communication skills and team player, preferably with some experience support VIP
- Good computer skills in Microsoft products
- Passionate to learn new technologies
- Good spoken and written Mandarin and English
- Occasional travel to Shenzhen required
