We are representing a number of well established Financial Groups in search of SFC registered Responsible Officers (Type 4 & 9) as follow:

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations & SFC regulated activities in compliance with HKSFC regulations
• Establish and strengthen internal operation to improve work flow & efficiency
• Work with other department and colleagues in the enlarging of fund portfolio

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Business related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years asset management experience, ideally in fund operation management including middle to back office
• Previous experience in setting up new asset management platform in Hong Kong is highly preferable
• Good ethic and strong in handling compliance matters for asset management or fund house
• MUST previously / recently be registered under SFC type 4 & 9 license as Responsible Officer
• Good financial market knowledge and strong compliance sense
• Team player, cheerful personality to get along; has a strong sense of responsibility, honesty and trustworthiness, has an excellent work ethic and integrity
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
