Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of DCM in Hong Kong:

 •   the incumbent will be responsible for the sales and marketing of fixed income primary products with special focus on cash bonds and high yield bonds to financial institutions and corporate clients

 •   Achieve required target sales and client growth

 •   Ensure effective communication and cordial working relationship with clients and team members,

 •   Provide support to the team on bond sales, perform analysis and prepare reports on major markets and products.

Requirements:

 •   Bachelor's degree or higher with a focus in finance or business, Financial Engineering or Statistics preferred

 •   minimum 2 years’ experience in fixed income / HY bond sales, in particular experience in covering mainland clients;

 •   Wide general knowledge of fixed income products and markets

 •   Dynamic, aggressive and self-confident

 •   Proficiency in English and Putonghua, good technical communication and presentation skills
