Job Description
Macrobond Financial is looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join its Support Team as a Junior Product Support (this is an entry level position). The job will include:
- Answering clients’ data queries
- Assisting with clients’ application functionality and basic technical questions (we will teach you everything you need to know)
- Ensuring support coverage from 7AM Hong Kong time
- Fluent English
- Computer literacy (power-user level knowledge is a plus)
- Customer support experience is a plus
- Ability to work from 7AM
- You must have the right to work in Hong Kong
