Responsibilities:

• Manage the portfolio of Derivatives includes: IRS / CCS, Rates Option as designated with assigned limits for the achievement of revenue target.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior traders.
• Handle customer flows.
• Provide market information of Derivatives to both customers and other departments.
• Provide advisory assistance in customer products innovation.
• Keep abreast of market regulations,derivatives products and market developments.

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 5 years of proven track record in Interest Rate Derivatives trading  possessing sound knowledge of treasury and structured products.
• Holder of Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or related disciplines, CFA, ACCA , FRM or AIB qualification would be an advantage.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
