Job Description
Our client is a fast expanding regional bank. They are currently looking for Teller/Bank Clerk/Counter Service Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide account services to retail customers such as account opening, deposits and withdrawals, transfers and check cashing etc.
- Handle customers’ enquiries
- Conduct cross-selling of retail banking products and referrals to sales staff
- Provide administrative duties assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Pass in 5 subjects in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- Minimum 2 years relevant customer services in retail bank
- Customer-oriented and with good communication skills
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
