RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for proper KYC and client account opening.
• Assist in account-opening procedures;   
• Answer customer enquiries and provide quality services
• Provide other administrative support for the department
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 year experience in banking field. Knowledge in FATCA & CRS is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
• In case of daily operation needed, willing cooperate to supervisor’s assignment
• Willing to accept rotational assignments when required.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
