Job Description
Our client, one of the expanding Chinese based financial group is recruiting a high-caliber candidate joining their company. A job description of this role is follows : -
Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day processing and settlement across Asian markets, including pre-matching; issuing settlement and payment instruction; fails management and query resolution

Assist in trade booking / CTM / manual trade confirmation / settlement in global equities markets;

Liaise with front office, internal and external clients to follow up any settlement related issues;

Handle daily reconciliation, monthly reports and statement of futures and stocks
-
Assist in System modification and UAT Testing
-
Handle client fund / securities deposits or withdrawal
-
Handle new client account opening
-
Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Solid knowledge and experience of equities and fixed income / fund settlement within Investment Banking / brokerage / custodian banking
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- Possess strong sense focus on control and responsibility
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Be able to act as a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in operates systems like Bloomberg, CTM, CCASS & other Middle Office programs
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Settlement Manager
