Our client is a sizable private investment group with major operations in China and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• To provide direct support to the risk management

• Implement the risk monitoring framework, in collaboration and coordination with the risk teams.

• Provide governance and risk processes

• Identify emerging risk issues and imitate mitigating actions

• Perform operation reviews on Group companies for identification of business risks, assessment of operational efficiency and adequacy of management control systems

• Liaise extensively with senior management of division and business units in reviewing and developing internal control systems, policies and procedures

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance / risk or related disciplines

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in risk management, investment company is preferred

• Effective problem solving skills and ability to partner closely with internal key stakeholders

• Independent personality, with strong analytical mind and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
