Our client, a leading MPF and pension services provider in Hong Kong, is seeking a high caliber candidate to join their team as VP, Business & Strategy Development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive new business opportunities through working closely with business partners in order to provide quality and differentiating member services
• Transform business model and roadmap for targeted customer segments and align such, and implement business plans in order to achieve business objectives
• Work closely with various internal departments, including IT, Digital Marketing, Client Servicing for various business initiatives in order to improve customer experience
• Conduct regular review to monitor initiatives effectiveness and to identify improvement opportunities
• Keep abreast of regulatory requirements, customer / market trends to ensure competitiveness, and conduct research on competitors

Requirements

• University graduate with degree in Business Administration / Finance or related discipline
• At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in pension industry. Prior experience in retail business / wealth management / insurance and good understanding on individual customer behavior will be well-regarded
• Strong project management skills and proven track record in stakeholder management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong team player and strategic thinking ability with strong business sense
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (and Mandarin)
