We, Integrity Capital Management (HK) Limited, are a private investment company, and now seeking for a role to lead in private equity fund investment and management, risk management, market research and analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-     Identify and evaluate suitable business partners and investment opportunities

-     Lead market research and perform stress tests and other scenario analyses

-     Design methodology and monitor risks relating to current and potential investments

-     Design risk limits and workflow suitable for various investment strategies

-     Lead the negotiation and planning process for strategic investment

-     Establish and maintain good relationship with potential business partners and bankers

-     Design and manage systematic trading strategy investments

REQUIREMENTS

-    5 years’ management experience in top business consulting company and investment banks, with good international exposure

-  Extensive experience in leading market research in different sectors, hedge fund management, risk management and investment management

-    Degree Holder or above from top business school is preferred, CFA and FRM qualification a must

-   Possess a good network and excellent business relationships with the industry counterparts including the potential business partners and bankers
