Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services including accounts opening, handle client’s enquiries and related tasks support to clients.
• Communicate with internal and external parties effectively.
• Monitor trading system and online trade transactions.
• Review the dealing and operation procedures from time to time to ensure compliance with rules regulations
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as the company requires.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or Diploma holder
• Proficiency in MS Excel applications Good command of Putonghua
• Self-motivated, responsible and willingness to learn
• Night shift duty required and willing to work on public holidays
• Immediately available is preferred
