We are looking for a fit & proper Responsible Officer who is eligible to supervise the Type 1, 4, 9 regulated activities. 

 Responsibilities:

• Act as a Responsible Officer (Type 1, 4, 9)  
• Assist to acquire new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients
• Participate in the development of new products
• Pro-actively sell and cross-sell products and services of the D&R Group, taking all compliance and local regulation procedures into account
• Attend marketing and networking events to establish new client relationship
• Advise on the clients’ investment strategies  
• Assist to promote the brand and franchise of the D&R Group

Requirements:

• Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license in Type 1, 4, 9
• 5+ years of solid experience in investment field and asset management
• Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC codes and relevant regulatory requirements and risk management controls
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
