Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of 6 in handling daily operations of securities settlement, ensure all settlement instructions are timely and accurately executed
• Oversee HK and global securities & futures markets settlement, handle CCASS and DCASS operations
• Liaise with related parties on all settlement issues and follow up on any discrepancies
• Formulate, review and enhance the operation procedures & workflow in response to changes in the regulations
• Lead the team to perform system UAT
• Directly report to the COO

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years operation / settlement experience in financial or brokerage firm with 5 years supervisory experience
• Familiar with SFC rules & regulations and HKEX operation procedure
• Solid experience in settlement system and with in-depth knowledge in settlement operation
• Able to work independently and hands-on with attention to details
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
• Candidates with more experience may be considered to be Senior Manager
