Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's IR and public affairs function to support corporate and business mission and goals. Coordinate and organize investor relations activities, build and maintain good relationships with different parties and prepare related materials.
- Prepare of annual / interim reports, announcements and circulars, including the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report.
- Implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and initiatives.
- Handle company secretarial duties such as preparing materials and minutes for board and shareholder meetings.
- Organize and facilitate board and shareholder meetings.
- Support management in executing corporate finance deals.
- Ad hoc projects to meet the listing compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Business, Communications, Journalism, Environmental Science or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience. Previous ESG reporting experience is a strong plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) application.
