英國老牌銀行 - 客戶服務主任 (證券部) (歡迎應屆畢業生)
於客戶服務熱線內,就客戶的查詢,快速尋找解決問題的方法以及解答有關部門的查詢與及轉介意見或投訴
中五會考/文憑試 全科合格 或以上程度 ,歡迎有興趣於客戶服務業或銀行業發展及應屆畢業生
具備基本客戶服務經驗, 經驗豐富者可受聘為高級客戶服務主任
- 底薪$18,500 起, 有證券經驗者從優
- 良好晉升機會
- 已考取HKSI 1, 7, 8牌照, 無須任何相閞經驗, 提供在職培訓
- 2年後表現理想者可晉升為 - 客戶服務副經理 (底薪加獎金月入約$24,000 - $26,000)
- 完善在職培訓 (3個月)
- 旺角區工作
- 五天工作, 每天工作8小時
- 每周工作39.5小時
