Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for the Corporate Trust Administration and Operations for the Banking Group
• Provide the highest level of services in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency
• Ensuring technical and operational aspects on business enhancement, and follow up on clients projects matching with the customer services standards
• Monitor the Trust Products distribution
• Maintain review and update procedures manuals
• Manage workload and evenly distributed tasks to team members
• Good time management and cost effectiveness in daily operation and management

Requirements:-

• Degree holder
• Solid experience in Corporate Trust Administration and Operations is a MUST
• Excellent knowledge in structures and company operation for Corporate Trust is a MUST
• Mature, self-motivated, independent, and a good team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
