Our client, a Chinese based investment bank, is now urgently looking for a high calibre candidate to join their team

Responsibilities:-

• Handle and follow on SFC license applications and answer SFC’s enquiries
• Conduct thematic review on compliance issue
• Monitor the trading patterns of frontline staff
• Provide guidance and compliance training to staff
• Assist in all SFC regulated activities to ensure regulatory compliance and good market practice
• Develop and implement risk management

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Law or related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Securities companies or investment bank
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and work well under pressure, detail oriented
• SFC License experience is a must
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
