Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange account opening for individual and corporate clients.
• Collect customer documents. Assist clients to complete personal information renewals/ updates.
• Liaise with relevant departments to confirm the client’s account opening process.
• To assist account managers with communication with client’s enquiries including but not limit to general trading, products and other daily activities.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• 1 - 3 years working experience, candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Services Officer 
• Patient and attentive, with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
• Good customer service skills, with strong interpersonal & communication skills;
• Fluent Mandarin-speaking is a must. Intermediate level spoken and written English;
• Proficient in MS office;
