Responsibilities:

• Oversees HK & Global securities markets settlements, handle CCASS operations
• Monitor settlement team's daily operations, including trade confirmation preparation, SI / ATI / STI handling, corporate actions, nominee services, stock reconciliation, IPO and placement etc;
• Monitor the settlement process and liaise with custodians and brokers to ensure timely trade settlement;
• Handle and review credit & trading limit applications, conduct credit review and prepare risk analysis report for trading Equities and other products;
• Monitor and manage the risk and credit quality of margin financing portfolio as well as collateral liquidity;
• Perform Margin check, identify and manage irregularities;
• Prepare performance reports for management review;
• Perform stock holding reconciliation
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• 2 years relevant experience in settlement and operation
• Familiar with CCASS and DCASS operations
• Familiar with some back-office system e.g. Infocast / Ayers etc. (experiences in preparing System User Requirements and perform UATs in InvesTrade Backend System is highly preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Access
• Responsibility, initiative, and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
