Job Description
We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager who will report to the CEO. This person needs to be an effective strategist who is able to attract and maintain strong relationships with high net worth investors and funds and coordinate fundraising activities and develop investor materials.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Originate and liaise with Fundraising Partners, Family Offices, Private Equity firms, High Net Worth Individuals and Capital Markets to locate and introduce potential investors
- Originate and vet potential deals and strategic partnerships
- Work with the Fund manager to Coordinate fundraising activities (presentations, conference calls, meetings, marketing strategy)
- Relations: Build relationships with fundraising partners and cultivate new relationships from referral and new inquiries
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Degree holder, preferably in Real Estate, Marketing, or related disciplines

One or two years’ experience in fundraising and real estate investment preferred
- Knowledge of the basic components of successful fundraising strategies and programs, including cultivation of investors’ networks and experience in organizing events and working with vendors.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint programs; graphic design skills is a plus.
- Ability to relate effectively with diverse audiences, including fundraising partners, investors, real estate investment firms and high network individuals. Frequent travel may be required.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, problem solve, and work as part of a cohesive and collaborative team.
