Responsibilities

• Tracking record in delivering quality monitoring solutions with different approaches
• Calls and emails handling for administrative duties
• Ensuring the call monitoring and coaching activity meets the standards
• Implementing recommendations made by internal, external auditors as well as external regulators
• Conducting administrative duties and working closely with internal staffs

Requirements

• Degree holder in any aspects or fresh graduates are welcome
• Having knowledge in Retail Banking and Wealth Management dynamics is a plus
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel)
• Detail-focused mindset with a timely and proactive attitude
• A team player but also be able to work individually
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
