Job scope:

• Support the delivery of Digital projects
• Drive the new development of e-channel, coordinate with related parties and IT to assist with the production of UR documents. Review Functional Designs and Implementation Plans. Prepare and conduct UAT test. Support the launch implementations within the timeline
• Provide system support and participate in other system enhancement projects on an ad-hoc or as required basis.
• Provide business and technical administration support in the online application/sales and e-channel sales management system
• Liaise and collaborate between relevant parties and IT application team and assist in the gathering and preparation of User Requeirement Documents
• Prepare requirements including design screen flow and layout to meet the different stakeholders' needs
• Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plan and conduct UAT
• Prepare user manual and help conduct training to Operations and CS team

Job Specifications: 

• Qualification: Degree in Business, IT or management
• Experience: 3 years of experince in financial industry. Preferably experience in business analsyis with an undestanding of IT system development (SDLC).
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Skill & knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Office such as MS word and excel. Able to work under pressure
• Languages: Fluent Cantonese. Good command of both spoken and written English. Good interpersonal and communication skills
