Responsibilities:

Responsible for clerical duties including data input / checking, reporting making, checking and editing information, shippment follow-up, documents filing, etc.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above.
• At least 2 years experience in jewellery firms, with exposure in jewellery production and knowledge in cost calculation.
• Previous experience in accounting field with basic knowledge in accounting & book-keeping is a bonus.
• Strong in PC application such as MS Excel & Word, English & Chinese word processing.
• Sensible in figures and preparing tables/ spread sheets and good in Excel formulas.
• Hardworking and willing to work overtime.
