Job Descriptions:

• Process vendor payment and non-trade payment
• Handle reimbursement of staff claims timely and accurately
• Prepare cheque & on-line bank payment
• Follow up payable related matters with vendors and other departments
• Handle accounting journals and perform accounts reconciliation
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Assist in year-end audit, tax compliance and statutory filing requirements
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting
• Form 5/HKDSE or above with LCC Intermediate / Higher Certificate
• Proficiency of MS Office
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and independent
• Attention to detail, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred
