Job Duties:

• Handle full set of fund administration function of funds and discretionary accounts including trade settlement, cash management, position and cash reconciliation, and processing of investor subscription and redemption
• Prepare Net Asset Valuation (NAV) for the funds and discretionary accounts, and ensure the delivery of accurate and timely valuation report to client
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve daily operation issues
• Modify operational procedures and processes to in line with the compliance and regulatory requirements
• Perform broker account openings, KYC process and AML
• Work with the Compliance Officer on CRS and FATCA etc
• Support new business, new fund setup and product development
• Oversee and prepare annual fund audited report with auditors and complete the survey reports to regulators if required
• Ad hoc enquiries from investment manager and clients 

Requirements

• University degree holder with minimum 3 years hands on fund operations experiences/fund accounting in Asset Management/Hedge Fund
• Solid experience in using Tradar and Bloomberg is a plus
• Familiar with operations workflow and with strong experience in hedge funds
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is a plus.
