Job Description
Requirements:
- Customer Service experience in pension fund, MPF, call handling is a plus
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service will be qualified as Senior
- Be able to demonstrate sound communication skills and professionalism
- Be able to work independently with timely manner
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient with MS Office (Words, Excel, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls handling regarding pension fund and insurance
- Follow-up & enquirers handling from clients, employers, fund managers, etc.
- Handling administrative works of member services
- Providing assistance to senior staff on demand
- Performing UAT if required
