Responsibilities:

• Handle account opening documents and procedures;
• Assist daily settlement works (mainly Hong Kong market); including SI / ISI instructions, IPO application, corporate actions and entitlement distributions;
• Handle client fund/ stocks deposit or withdrawal;
• Filing and handling relevant documentation;
• Provide basic daily supports to various departments;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 standard or above, prefer with relevant settlement experience in securities industry; Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Proficient in MS office application, including Chinese word processing;
• Able to work under PRESSURE;
• Responsible, well organized, hardworking & self-initiative;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• A good team player, detail-oriented with good organization skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Immediately available preferred.
