Job Description:

A wholly subsidiary licensed corporation engaging in RA 1,4, and 9 of a Hong Kong listed company in Central is seeking an Assistant Investment Manager in our team to play an important role in both the investment and asset management process. You have a primary or supporting role in the following:

Responsibilities:

• Participate in analysing investment opportunities and key risks through due diligence
• Conduct financial modelling, including building and maintaining financial models for the purposes of scenario analyses and valuation
• Prepare investment plan and proposals to the Investment Committee as well as potential investors
• Assist in preparing feasibility studies and analyatic reports for potential investment projects
• Liaise with investment analyst and clients on researching and examining the markets by using all kinds of resources
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on real estate trend particulary in the Australia economy, current financial news and financial markets
• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by CEO to achieve overall business development and objectives

Requirements:

• University Degree in Economic/Accounting/Finance, preferably with experience in financial field, Australian real-estate or immigration-linked projects
• Minimun 3 years of solid experience in financial and investment industry
• Exposure in financial institution or real estate industry is preferrrable
• Willing to work under a high-pressure environment with teamworking skills
• Work well with minimal supervision and direction, thrive while managing multiple tasks at one time
• Demonstrate effective communciation with investors, executive members, and real estate professionals alike. Good numberical and IT skills
• Spoken and written English and Chinese is required, with proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
