Responsibilities 職責 :
- 尋找優質投資項目，篩選投資機會
- 數據收集和可行性分析
- 對擬投資項目進行盡職調查，設計交易結構或投資方案
- 參與投資項目商業談判，落實投資過程實施
- 對已實施的投資項目進行投後管理
Requirements 任職要求 :
- 經濟金融或法律專業碩士以上學歷，理工科教育背景或從業經驗優先
- 了解投資項目運作流程，精通數據及信息分析，熟悉相關行業運營規律及產業政策
- 優秀的中英文書面及口頭表達能力
- 良好的團隊合作能力，內地工作或教育背景優先
