Job Description
Job Purpose:
Collaborate with branch sales staff to close sales of treasury products through phone channel
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet / exceed sales target assigned
- Conduct Currency Linked Premium Deposits (CLPD), Currency Linked Principal Guaranteed Deposit (CLPGD) and Currency Switching (CS) or sales transactions of other treasury products through phone, or other channels which may require
- Work to understand customers’ needs through communication with branch sales staff prior to completing transactions
- Process transaction by adhering to the Bank’s operational procedures
- Conduct sales through strict compliance of investment sales process guidelines
- Train and develop new staff members
Incumbent Requirements:
- University degree with minimum 2-year experience in sales of retail FX products or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.
- Professional licensing qualifications on HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8
